Broken String Biosciences
Broken String Biosciences is accelerating safer gene editing with INDUCE-seq®, a PCR-free platform for mapping genome-wide DNA breaks in just days. Available as a service or in-lab solution, it supports therapeutic development of gene editors, gene therapies, cell modalities including iPSC and T-cells, and base editing technologies. INDUCE-seq® enables precise detection of on- and off-target edits and is helping set safety standards through participation in the NIST and HESI consortium. The platform is also used in guide RNA design.
